Let's face it. We all hate working out. I know I do. It is just so frustrating waking up on a crisp chilly morning to run. Imagine leaving the comfort of your bed to burn those extra kilos and love handles. Tiring. Right?

But what other better option exists? The old-age diets and potions? No, it has been tried and tested and it has not lived up to its name. So what?

Here are 5 easy ways you can apply to lose weight as a lazy person.

Avoid Carbs.

You have probably heard about this time and time again. But avoiding carbs is the fastest way to losing weight. What food groups constitute carbohydrates? Sugar, starches, and fiber make up carbohydrates. When you avoid carbohydrates your body breaks down existent fats to use because of the energy deficiency thus faster evidence of fat loss.

Intermittent Fasting.

In recent times, intermittent fasting has become popular. However as popular as it is there are a lot of misconceptions around it. Firstly, intermittent fasting is not about not eating but eating less often. This creates a deficiency in the body which leads to weight loss.

Move a lot.

Have you ever wondered why children eat a lot and rarely add weight? It's enviable, isn't it? Studies show that being active by nature reduces the chances of weight adding by 50%.
